Hi group,
I will be in and out much of the next two weeks -- preparing for a series of
meetings. So, please do not think that I am ignoring your questions (expecially
pertaining to ocular rosacea). I enjoy answering questions!
P.S. I love the buckwheat pillows (I have a Sobakawa). The buckwheat hulls
allow for better air movement -- thus allowing more 'facial heat' to be removed
(greater heat dissipation). Many comment that they feel much cooler and sweat
less during the night with the buckwheat pillow. This may allow for less facial
blood vessel dilation during the night. For example, people who sleep on one
side of the face sometimes notice more facial redness and bumps on that side of
the face the next morning. This is primarily due to chronic facial blood vessel
dilation that occurs when heat cannot be easily removed from that local area of
skin. In this regard, ceiling fans also help with the dissipation of heat.
Every little thing helps!
