as the reigning buckwheat queen around here..i got my first buckie at a
department store.. i think target..mervyns and those type of places have
them..my first one was about 20 buckies..(i mean 20 buck$.)...but it is the
size of a baby pilllow...so i went to the lang company and ordered their
super-duper one..( i think it was almost 80 BIG buck$ with tax and shipping)

i am not saying you need such a fancy one...but type ~buckwheat pillow ~in on
one of the search engines and read about them....i wanted a good company and i
wanted no bugs in mine...so i decided to go with a really good one....i love
the pillow and never sleep without it..but i have heard of others that have
hated it...so it is good to try a cheaper one first....

anymore questions???? feel free to e me...

> Hi everyone. I'm new to this. Just found out I have Rosacea. Reading the
questions and answers have helped to enlighten me a lot. For quite a while now
I've been having trouble sleeping because the side of my face I'm lying on
heats up. So I wake up and turn, etc. Exactly where does one get a buckwheat
pillow with out going out and harvesting your own buckwheat? I really will
appreciate any help.
