Some more information about the Sher System. I've recently contacted Helen Sher
and, along with giving her a sackful of useful information from this group,
asked for a list of ingredients on her products which she has kindly supplied
me with: (excuse any spelling errors)

I've also asked what the Cetyl Alcohol is for in the products and whether it
could be removed. Will get back to you.
Also, just wondered if anyone has tried the E45 Sensitive Skin Suncream range?
It is a non-chemical sunscreen containing Zinc Oxide and moisturisers (no
alcohols). I've not used it myself, but plan to but some today. Will post the
full ingredients list and let you know how I get on. What factor sunscreen is
recommended for rosacea skin? Should I go for SPF 25 or SPF 50 (total
sunblock)? Or a lower factor?
