[rosacea] non-fluorinated cortisone creams safe short term

Margaret, In my experience, sporadic use (only when needed in acute flares)
of mild low potent non-fluorinated cortisone creams and ointments do not
cause much problems - it is when one uses this daily and forever that it
cause thinning of the skin, dilated blood vessels, steroid acne etc.
