It worked wonders for me, no cysts any more nor oily skin. The dryness I "suffered" during the course was in fact a relief and could be tolerated and dealt with quite easily. Women should keep in mind that Accutane and pregnancy do not mix! They are adviced to use a reliable contraception during and for one month after treatment. Accutane causes severe birth deffects.
