Subject: [rosacea] photoderm Jerry Darm Oregon
Well, Ive had 3 photoderm treatments already. My third one was a few
days ago and I had them 3 weeks apart. My results are great. My
redness is faded about 75%!! I could not be happier. On my third
visit I had them increase the power to get deeper vessels. This
worked great. On my next visit Im going to induce a flush with niacin
(250mg)and maybe increase the power even more.
I look at myself now and see hardly any red. I never thought this
would happen. My flares and burning are not as bad. I had one
yesterday and my cheeks got about 25% as red as they would have before.
I just kept looking and looking and I could not believe it. And guess
what . . my hives are diminishing too! My skin is smooth and getting
back to normal. I never plan to go back to throbbing, festering cheeks
again. I dont care if I have to scrip and scrape to come up with the
cash. For me photoderm is like a really expensive reverse tanning
booth.
My photoderm Dr. is Dr. Darm of Preventive Medicine Associates in Lake
Oswego, Oregon. I have mentioned them before and feel 100% confident
giving my recommendation now.
There is a picture of a girl in their office. She had terrible
pustular-papule-bumpy very red rosacea all around her lower face. It
made mine look like nothing. Her after picture is perfect. Its like
day and night. She had NO sign of any redness or pimples. Just smooth
pale skin. She looks great. Im not sure why some Drs dont work on
pustular, active rosacea, but after seeing that Im convinced that ANY
rosacea can be treated with photoderm. And,I dont think there is such
a thing as "not red enough". If you can induce a flush you can zap the
damaged underlying vessels before you get permanently red.
